Altmarkt
The "Altmarkt", the market square in the centre of Alt - Oberhausen, is surrounded by a neo-gothic church and secular buildings erected at the turn of the twentieth century. The market square is the focal point of the hustle and bustle of market trading. Here, around the victory column, a daily market takes place from Mondays to Saturdays between 8am and 2pm.
