The Kaisergarten
The Kaisergarten is situated in the middle of Oberhausen in picturesque surroundings. The park has an area of about 28 hectares and offers the whole family possibilities for leisure activities, long pathways leading through wooded areas and meadows intermingle harmoniously with ponds and an animal enclosure. More than 120 animal species can be seen in the zoo area. One enclosure especially popular with children is where they can stroke the animals. In addition, there are children`s playgrounds and a place where you can ride on a pony. There is no admission charge. You have to pay for mini-golf, the tennis courts and the archery area.
