Haus Ripshorst
The Information Centre for the Emscher Landscape Park Authority has been housed in the former farm buildings of the Ripshorst Farm since 1999. The visitor here can view an exhibition which demonstrates the many versatile aspects of the Emscher Landscape Park with its highly unique mixture of industry and nature , its gigantic landmarks and the many new parks. Haus Ripshorst is, at the same time, both a documentation centre, an archive and a workshop for promoting new ideas.
