By sending off this form the booking you have made is binding
The following conditions for cancellation apply :
50 % cancellation fees on cancelling up to 7 working days before the date.
80 % cancellation fees on cancelling up to 1 working day before the date.
100% cancellation fees on the day of the guided tour.

In the event that the group is delayed by more than 15 minutes, the tour/excursion will be shortened by the corresponding time of delay, or the additional time required will be added onto the final cost.
