By boat along the “Kumpel Riviera”

The White Fleet Baldeney is now offering scheduled services on the Rhein-Herne-Kanal From 12. June up to 28 September The excursion boats depart every Wednesday and Saturday from Investors Kaisergarten or from the Marina Oberhausen   North Star Park in Gelsenkirchen and back. At 11 a.m. and 14 p.m. the trip starts in the marina towards Kaisergarten, where it continues towards Gelsenkirchen at 11.15 am and 14.15 pm. Further departure times are at 16.30 pm at the marina and at 16.45 pm at the Kaisergarten – however, the last day trip ends at Nordsternpark and is therefore not recommended for a canal tour from Oberhausen.

The Two-hour canal tour costs 19 euros for adults on board, for children (4-14 years) 10 euros. A family ticket for two adults and up to two children is available for 40 euros return. Dogs are allowed, but cost extra (4 euros).
