Planet Ocean

The new exhibition shows Gasometer Oberhausen from March 15, 2024, the oceans of our planet will be explored using large-format photographs and films, some of which have never been seen before. "Planet Ocean" also sensitizes the audience with a critical reflection on the influence of humans on the vital area of ​​marine conservation within the largely unexplored ecosystem.

The dramatic highlight is the multimedia production “The Wave” – installed in the over 100-meter-high airspace of the gasometer, oversized screens serve as projection surfaces for the living marine world.
