Olis Büdchen / Kiosk at Ebertbad
Where the Oberhauseners once went swimming, culture now takes its course. Ebertbad, one of the first public baths in the German Empire in 1895, regularly presents comedy and cabaret artists from Germany's top ranks. The excellent reputation is not without reason: Gerburg Jahnke, formerly of the "Missfits" and host of the "Ladies Night" on ARD, once had her home stage here and is now causing a sensation throughout Germany as a director of a wide variety of in-house productions. Of course, you can also rent the renowned house yourself. From festival receptions to scientific symposiums: The Ebertbad always offers a stylish ambience for almost every occasion.
Tickets for the events are available either at the Tourist Information Oberhausen or online through the provider “LMS-Ticket”.
