Publish event dates
Organizers, event planners or other legitimate interested parties can also enter events directly into the Oberhausen event database. The prerequisite for this is that the event takes place in Oberhausen, the date is binding and it is of tourist relevance. The registration deadline is a maximum of two weeks before the start of the event. The OWT Oberhausener Wirtschafts- und Tourismusförderung GmbH's event editors reserve the right to change or add to entries if necessary, or to refrain from publishing the event altogether. There is no right to publication of the dates entered.
The event reporter’s technical service provider is the agency neusta destination.one GmbH, Münchner Str. 1, 86899 Landsberg am LechBy using this function (“Submit event”) you agree to the privacy terms of the provider.
By clicking on the "Submit event" button, an online form opens in which all the required information is requested. Fields marked with * are mandatory and are required for publication:
Step 1: Personal details of the submitter (author information)*
Step 2: Name of the event*
Step 3: Venue (pre-selection from existing addresses possible)*
Step 4: Organizer (voluntary information)
Step 5: Specify the dates (individual or series dates)*
Step 6: Indication of event category(s)*
Step 7: Short description with max. 500 characters (voluntary)
Step 8: Upload an event photo in landscape format JPG, file size 1-2 MB (optional)
Step 9: Further information (prices, links to the website, additional license information)
